• The term "License Key": A unique code or sequence of characters provided to the user for activating and legally using the ClickBot bot builder.

Acceptance of Terms

The user agrees to accept the Terms of Use before starting to use ClickBot. Acceptance of the terms occurs through active user actions, such as clicking on the "Agree" or "Login" button, or obtaining the ClickBot application and/or license key, additional materials, components, etc. Using ClickBot or individual parts of the service without accepting the Terms of Use is prohibited.

Usage Rules

Using ClickBot to create bots that violate the law or are used in prohibited areas specified by the terms and/or laws of any state and/or for purposes contrary to international law is prohibited. Using ClickBot to create bots that send unwanted information (spam) to users of your bot is prohibited. Using ClickBot to create bots that mislead users is prohibited.

User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the security of their account and actions performed on their behalf. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information processed by their bots. The user must compensate for any damages caused to the developers of ClickBot due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use.

Rights and Obligations

The user is provided with 1 (one) license key to use the ClickBot application for creating and managing bots and/or other ClickBot services. The user does not have the right to transfer their license key to third parties unless otherwise provided by the Terms of Use. The ClickBot developer is committed to ensuring the stable operation of the builder and providing necessary support to users. Users do not have the right to transfer their rights to use the ClickBot application to third parties without the written permission of the developers. Users are strictly prohibited from decompiling or attempting to obtain the source code of the ClickBot application by any means. In case such or other violations are detected, the developer has the right to immediately block the builder and terminate the user's access to ClickBot without the possibility of restoring access.

Disclaimer

The developer disclaims responsibility for possible technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the builder. The developer is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of bots created with ClickBot. The developer reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and inform users by posting updated terms on the website.

Changes to Terms

The developer is committed to informing users of any changes to the Terms of Use and providing sufficient time for them to review before accepting them. The developer reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If changes are made to the Terms of Use or any part thereof, the new version of the Terms of Use automatically applies to all previous versions of the application, license keys, and/or ClickBot services provided up to the moment of the new publication of the Terms of Use.

Termination of Use

The user may lose access to the application, license keys, and/or ClickBot services in case of violation of the Terms of Use. The developer has the right to suspend or terminate services in case of user debt for using the builder.

The developer retains full copyright on ClickBot and its components. The Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the developer's country. The developer reserves the right to take necessary measures in case of user violations of the Terms of Use.
